A whisky that doesn’t play by the rules. Crafted from a mash bill of malted rye, malted barley and wheat, this small batch release balances spice, sweetness and structure in all the right ways.
We’ve given it time in virgin American Oak, where the whisky soaks up generous hits of vanilla, caramel, and that classic oak sweetness that only fresh timber can deliver. Then we shifted it into ex-Corn Whisky barrels, which lend a softer, buttery roundness and subtle notes of honeyed grain — smoothing out rye’s naturally bold spice while layering in depth and warmth.
The result? A rye that’s bold yet refined, layered with baking spice, toffee and a whisper of smoke, while still managing to be dangerously drinkable.
Tasting Notes: Bursting with fresh orchard fruits, mellow waves of toasted oak, and finishing long, warm and spicy — the kind of finish that stays longer than your in-laws.
